My sweetheart and I were on the roof this morning, loosening the cap on our woodstove pipe to let out a bird who had fallen in. Then I come inside to read your post, reminding me of the everyday, the magical. Sigh.
Thanks Danusha! I love this Miloscz poem…. I find as I’ve gotten older I enjoy nothing more than lounging in the everyday moments I never took the time to notice in my youth. The magic of experience is everywhere around us and poems like this remind me it’s always available if we’ll just stop and pay attention. Xoxoxo
